ELIZABETH BOLOGNINO
Elizabeth Bolognino, the founder and principal of EBI, is celebrating the 13th anniversary of her interior design studio in 2023. Recently, she has expanded her company from its NYC home base into a national presence, with offices in Westport, CT, and Palm Beach, FL. Her signature design style, "Layered Minimalism®," is a methodology of creating timeless designs by balancing contemporary and traditional elements.
Bolognino's impressive career began at Yabu Pushelberg, where she designed flagship stores for Ralph Lauren in Seoul, NYC, and Greenwich. Her reputation in the music industry grew after designing the legendary rapper Biggie Smalls' apartment in Fort Greene. She has designed projects of all sizes, including NYC penthouses, elegant Brooklyn brownstones, sprawling Miami Beach properties, and a heritage compound in Greenwich, CT.
Elizabeth's recent design for the flagship "New York or Nowhere" brand in SOHO demonstrates her understanding of the balance between the current zeitgeist and sophisticated designs. She resides in Westport, CT, with her family of three and has used her motherhood experience to successfully design warm yet tasteful bedrooms and playrooms for children of all ages.
She has expanded her business to include custom candles inspired by Elizabeth's favorite cities and a forthcoming home goods product marketplace.
